• They are: Your gross monthly income must be at least equal to 3.0 times the monthly rent.
• A favorable credit history.
• Be employed or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
• Good references from previous owners.
• Limit the number of occupants to state and local laws and ordinances.
• No criminal background.
• No evictions.

Note: Applicants with less than favorable credit may qualify by increasing the security deposit or paying the rent in advance with a security deposit.
