Application Criteria
We are pleased you are considering making your home with us. We are very proud of our community and believe you will be too. Our standards for qualifying to rent a home are simple and fair.
- They are: Your gross monthly income must be at least equal to 3.0 times the monthly rent.
- A favorable credit history.
- Be employed or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
- Good references from previous owners.
- Limit the number of occupants to state and local laws and ordinances.
- No criminal background.
- No evictions.
Note: Applicants with less than favorable credit may qualify by increasing the security deposit or paying the rent in advance with a security deposit.
